Return Policy

European Union 14 day cooling off period. When shipping into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges are possible via replacement order or Tomadoor voucher for sizing, style, and color concerns. Item must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt is required.

What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If this happens, simply email us info@tomadoor.com within 14 days with your order number, a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded. However, custom-made or personalised goods cannot be returned as per UK law. Alternative solutions possible.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We do not refund shipping or pay for return shipping and additional postage. Customers are responsible for their return costs. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tomadoor.com.
