Delivery & return policies

Average Delivery Time

Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

When will my products be delivered?

UK: 2 to 5 working days

Europe/USA: 3 to 5 working days

Rest of the world: 5-10 working days with tracking. Subject to your delivery address.

Please note, our warehouse team only work Monday-Friday and courier companies only collect from us on these days. So if you order on a Friday after 4pm, your order will not process until the following Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period.

When shipping into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Not in love with your new purchase?

Exchanges are available within 14 days. in the form of a replacement order or a Tomadoor voucher for sizing, style, and color issues.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us info@tomadoor.com within 14 days with your order number, a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded. However, custom-made or personalised goods cannot be returned as per UK law. Alternative solutions possible.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
